We are a newly founded Pilot Association dedicated to advocating for the rights and well-being of aviation professionals. Our mission is to establish a modern and fair Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) that ensures competitive salaries and up-to-date working conditions for all our members. We stand for unity, transparency, and constructive dialogue with employers, aiming to shape a sustainable and rewarding future for pilots.
We advocate for a contemporary Collective Labour Agreement (CLA - in German: GAV - Gesamtarbeitsvertrag) that reflects today’s realities including fair salaries, sustainable working conditions, and a healthy work-life balance.
swiss Air Crew Association (ACA) is an independent union formed by pilots, for pilots and also cabin crew members. We represent the diverse voices of aviation professionals across all sectors and career stages — from young first officers to experienced captains. Our foundation is built on transparency, integrity, and solidarity. We engage in constructive dialogue with employers, regulators, and industry partners to ensure that pilots and cabin crew members’ interests are always part of the conversation. We understand the evolving landscape of aviation and are committed to navigating these changes together — protecting both the present and the future of our profession.
